Abstract

This research aims to investigate the perspectives of employees in the Human Capital Division at PT X regarding transformational leadership and its positive impact on creating strong and effective teams. The study employs a qualitative method, utilizing data collection through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The research findings reveal that employee data within the system is often incomplete or inaccurate, hindering decision-making and HR planning. Transformational leadership goes beyond inspiring and motivating teams; it involves building strong relationships, supporting individual development, and ensuring effective management. It is used to achieve new company goals and foster sustainable change, fostering a productive, innovative, and enthusiastic work environment. The emotional connection between leaders and teams, along with support for individual development, has a positive impact on organizational goal achievement. The conclusion of this study is that transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on inspiring, motivating, and building trust among subordinates. Therefore, organizations should integrate transformational leadership with effective management through training, progress measurement, and wise resource management to efficiently achieve their objectives. This research provides crucial insights into the importance of transformational leadership within the context of Human Capital at PT X.
