About the Journal

is a journal that began to be published in 2020, the journal is managed by the Public Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Riau University. JSDMU seeks to take part in realizing superior human resources by publishing various scientific publications, in the publication process JSDMU facilitates various parties to submit rational, empirical and systematic scientific studies on various human resource focuses which include Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning , Human Resources Development and Empowerment, Audit and Research of Human Resources in both the public and private sectors. The frequency of journal publications is 2 (two) times a year, namely in June and December.
